We are a design firm — we do not perform construction ourselves. This is intentional. Our focus is entirely on design quality and your interests as a homeowner. We work independently of contractors, which means our recommendations are always in your best interest, not tied to any builder's schedule or markup. We coordinate closely with your contractor throughout the build, but our role is design leadership and oversight — not construction.
Lisa stays involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. During the design phase she leads every decision — layout, materials, specifications, and contractor selection. During construction she conducts site visits, reviews work against the design plan, communicates with contractors and vendors, and resolves any issues that arise. You have a direct point of contact throughout the entire project, not a rotating team.
