Concepts by Design provides residential design and remodeling services, including but not limited to:

- Bathroom design services
- Interior design and space planning
- Remodel planning and consultation
- Material and finish selection guidance
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, location, and scheduling.
2. Estimates & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate estimates; however:
- All estimates are based on information available at the time of consultation
- Additional work or revisions may be required as the project develops
- Final pricing may change based on scope adjustments, materials, or unforeseen conditions
We will communicate any changes and obtain approval before proceeding.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
When booking an appointment:
- Customers agree to provide accurate contact and project information
- We will make every effort to honor scheduled appointments
- Delays may occur due to project timelines, availability, or unforeseen circumstances
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined prior to the start of services and may include deposits or milestone payments.
We accept various forms of payment, which may include:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
- Other approved payment methods
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or service delays.
5. Cancellations
We understand plans can change:
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Late cancellations may be subject to a consultation or service fee
6. Design & Project Limitations
- Concepts by Design provides design recommendations and planning services
- Final construction outcomes may vary based on contractors, materials, and site conditions
- We are not responsible for construction defects performed by third-party contractors
Clients are responsible for selecting and coordinating contractors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate project details and requirements
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the project site (if applicable)
- Communicate preferences, budgets, and expectations clearly
Concepts by Design is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
8. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, plans, and materials created by Concepts by Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use designs for other purposes without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Concepts by Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree:
- Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt website functionality
- Not to submit false or misleading information
